Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store performance by ensuring consistently great customer experience and driving sales, KPIs, and profitability. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruiting, training, development, scheduling, and payroll control. Manage inventory and shrink goals, oversee receiving and processing merchandise, and maintain a safe, compliant shopping and working environment with weekend/evening/holiday availability as needed.

•Oversee inventory and shrink goals, including physical inventory counts and handling incoming/outgoing merchandise.

•1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear.
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and manage complex issues.

•Computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Office and retail software.
