Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1 managed services to keep clients’ IT infrastructure and systems operational.
  • •Monitor client infrastructure and solutions, identifying errors and addressing incidents and problems.
  • •Investigate first-line incidents, understand root causes, and follow approved procedures for request fulfilment.
  • •Deliver request/ticket support via telephonic support, ITSM tickets, or chat; perform maintenance like patching and configuration changes.
  • •Escalate unresolved incidents/requests as needed, update knowledge articles, and contribute to optimization and process improvements including disaster recovery support when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of networking technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, Meraki switches, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • •Highly disciplined ticket handling and prompt action according to defined SOPs.
  • •Resolve tickets using available knowledge articles and/or SOPs.
  • •Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
