Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly project performance reports.
  • •Create and maintain management dashboards and KPIs for project leadership.
  • •Analyze project cost, schedule, productivity, and progress performance data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •3-7 years of experience in project controls, project management, scheduling, cost control, or reporting.
  • •Experience creating management reports and performance dashboards.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, plus experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • •Knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent) and familiarity with earned value management principles.
