Service Coordinator (Boksburg, GP, ZA, 1467)

Coordinate scheduling, planning, and execution of service activities for compressors and compressed air equipment. Plan and dispatch technicians for breakdowns, installations, and preventative maintenance, prioritize urgent service calls, and manage service contract schedules and compliance. Serve as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and the Service Manager while managing service, sales, and purchase orders on the ERP system and maintaining accurate service documentation, inventory, and weekly performance reporting.
