Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow the business in wire harnesses, junction boxes, PCBs, and other electronics and electronics-adjacent systems and products.
  • •Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, both remote and onsite.
  • •Develop and manage manufacturing partner relationships and execute major projects by converting customer requirements into manufacturing work instructions.
  • •Develop procedures and guidelines for executing electromechanical projects, ensuring Xometry can digest and deliver opportunities.
  • •Troubleshoot work-in-process and provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities to guide ops teams to successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing roles.
