Job Summary

Serve as a subject-matter expert for Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P) and Mounted Mission Command Software (MMC-S) in Amman, Jordan. Ensure software readiness, proper transceiver configuration, and provide operational guidance to commanders. Mentor soldiers on capabilities and fault isolation, and collaborate with LARS to process LRUs while supporting fielding of updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the Subject Matter Expert for JBC-P MMC-S and ensure software is operational for field users.
•Ensure all transceivers are properly configured and can access the network.
•Provide commanders and staff with recommendations on how to leverage JBC-P MMC-S to meet operational needs.
•Mentor and provide over-the-shoulder training to unit soldiers on capabilities, fault isolation, and repair procedures.
•Attend shift briefings and conference calls to identify issues and coordinate with LARS for LRUs
