Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate state-level implementation of programme activities in line with workplans, timelines, targets, and quality standards.
  • •Drive user recruitment and activation across participating facilities and communities, including onboarding eligible women onto the digital platform.
  • •Supervise CHWs and field personnel by assigning targets, conducting check-ins, and ensuring training, materials, and operational support.
  • •Manage healthcare facility coordination and facility onboarding, supporting recruitment, risk assessment, sensitisation, and adoption of the digital tools.
  • •Track performance indicators, ensure data completeness and quality, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and support compliance, safeguarding, and escalation of issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience implementing public health programs, community health, field operations, or healthcare delivery.
  • •Experience coordinating field-based health programmes and working with healthcare facilities, CHWs, government stakeholders, or community-based organizations.
  • •Experience supervising field teams and managing implementation performance targets.
  • •Strong skills in monitoring, reporting, documentation, data quality, and basic analysis to guide implementation decisions.
