Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block, and full chip integration support for HBM.
  • •Perform layout verification (LVS/DRC/antenna), quality checks, and maintain documentation.
  • •Deliver block-level layouts with acceptable quality on schedule across multiple projects.
  • •Lead project planning including area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation, and execution to meet milestones.
  • •Guide and review junior and senior team members’ sub-block layout execution while coordinating with global engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS processes across multiple technology nodes (Planar, FinFET).
  • •BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or related fields.
  • •Proficiency with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS; hands-on creation of critical layout blocks (e.g., PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, charge pump).
  • •Knowledge of analog layout fundamentals including matching and layout effects (e.g., electro-migration, latch-up, crosstalk, IR-drop, parasitics).
  • •Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts; experience supporting tape-outs and managing multiple layout projects is preferred.
