Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and deliver an optimal client experience. Educate clients on deposit and loan products, open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications. Use a digital-first mindset to recommend solutions, leverage available resources and technologies, and proactively promote self-service and emerging digital products while partnering with branch teams.
