Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build customer-facing AI agents using Python and Node.js, including orchestration, tool use, memory, and conversation logic.
  • •Contribute to backend services using NestJS, PostgreSQL, and vector databases with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and scale.
  • •Help develop an omnichannel platform enabling seamless conversations across web, messaging, voice, and beyond.
  • •Define technical patterns and best practices for scaling agentic systems globally and participate in code reviews.
  • •Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to shape what agents do and how they work.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience with TypeScript across the stack (Node.js backend, React frontend).
  • •Solid backend architecture understanding including API design, service patterns, and database modeling with PostgreSQL.
  • •Experience building or working with LLM-powered or agentic systems using Python (prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, agent orchestration).
  • •Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • •5+ years delivering software products at scale with a product-focused mindset.
