Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests warmly, ensure comfort upon arrival/departure, and build rapport throughout the dining experience.
  • •Prepare tables/trays/trolleys, perform final checks, and set up tables/bars according to standards.
  • •Introduce menus and specials, take accurate orders, ensure correct entry into the ordering system, and serve food and beverages professionally.
  • •Address dietary or allergy needs, handle guest inquiries and resolve/escalate issues appropriately.
  • •Follow opening/closing procedures and comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations (including HACCP standards).

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
