Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders by allocating to bid teams, managing schedules, and ensuring submissions are delivered on time to a high standard with a safety and quality focus.
  • •Prepare and manage tender queries/clarifications, providing accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Support commercial activities during tenders, including rate development, responding to commercial queries, and sharing best-practice examples to improve win performance.
  • •Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline with tracking, forecasting, and proactive opportunity management in collaboration with the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Support framework management through governance coordination, tender commitment tracking, documentation updates, cost/performance reporting, and guidance to project teams for compliant mobilisation and set-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of NH/Highways industry.
  • •Experience of framework management.
  • •Ability to coordinate and manage tenders, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions focused on safety and quality.
  • •Knowledge of NEC4 PSC contracts (desirable).
  • •Bid best practice and/or bid writing/reviewing skills; PMO experience or APM qualifications (desirable).
