Job Summary

Partner with account teams to understand customer needs and lead technical evaluations for Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. Deliver the technology story to audiences ranging from engineers to C-suite leaders, run hands-on demos and proofs of concept, and act as a trusted advisor to drive efficient adoption and long-term value. Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Engineering to secure technical wins, refine the product roadmap, and compete effectively in the market.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Snowflake’s technology story from technical contributors through C-suite executives.
•Conduct deep-dive demos and proofs of concept (POCs) that translate features into business value.
•Advise customers on efficient and effective use of Snowflake to drive long-term value and sustainable growth.
•Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams to drive technical wins and refine the product roadmap.
•Stay current on the industry and position Snowflake against competitive and complementary technologies.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in SQL is required.
•Bring a technical edge, such as hands-on AI/ML experience (models, LLMs, or neural networks) or significant hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar platforms.
•Demonstrate coach-ability: be humble, hungry to learn, and receptive to constructive feedback while still speaking up.
•Maintain curiosity by staying current with trends in AI, data architecture, and cloud ecosystems.
•Bridge deep technical work and high-level business strategy through strong communication.
