•Be responsible for the seller experience when contacting customer support, as a key reference in the dispatch (Despacho) process.
•Perform data analyses to find improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that increase customer satisfaction and reduce friction points.
•Design and execute initiatives to reduce friction and improve user experiences.
•Coordinate and lead problem-resolution forums with teams such as Product, Business, and Customer Service to implement identified improvements.
•Measure initiative impact and present analyses to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
•Have advanced knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
•Have experience with databases, including SQL or BigQuery.
•Experience using AI programs (Cursor, Claude) is desirable.
•Experience analyzing satisfaction metrics and indicators is desirable.
