Maintenance Supervisor/Planner

Lead power plant maintenance scheduling and outage planning for Osceola operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating isolation/tagging, and keeping maintenance priorities aligned with Plant Operations needs. Develop and maintain maintenance plans, schedule resources using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, Maximo, and Primavera P6, and produce variance reports using KPIs. Run schedule review meetings, resolve conflicts, integrate change requests, and support work execution and technical package development.
