Outfit/Mechanical Technical Lead – Detail Design

Lead detail design activities for the River Class Destroyer program in Halifax, directing a team of ten designers and applying technical expertise to complex design tasks. Provide advice, guidance, and mentoring while ensuring adherence to Detail Design processes and Design Management Systems (LCM). Resolve and escalate complex design issues, ensure deliverables meet standards and regulatory requirements, and support technical governance and approvals for spatial designs and systems.
