Job Summary

Deliver technical and product demos through the pre- and post-sales lifecycle, leading workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and executive presentations. Build and maintain client relationships by translating business requirements into clear technical support needs and advocating for customer insights internally. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform new features, and communicate client requirements to Sales while explaining APIs and creating technical demos using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical and product demos across pre- and post-sales cycles, including workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and executive presentations.
•Manage ongoing client relationships by understanding requirements, expectations, and technical support needs and customer technical architecture.
•Collaborate with Executive Directors, Product Management, and Engineering to contribute to new product feature development.
•Act as a client advocate by providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
•Communicate client requirements to the Sales Team for sales calls and explain APIs while creating technical demos.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related accreditation.
•5+ years in a client-facing and/or technical solutions role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer).
•5+ years of experience in blockchain/cryptocurrencies and financial services (banking, payments, trading).
•Experience across both pre-sales and/or post-sales engagement cycles.
•Ability to lead client engagements/projects and collaborate with SMEs on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
