Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and oversee annual EHSS & EnMS objectives, tracking implementation and addressing underperformance.
  • •Maintain and update certified standards, specifications, and manuals to align with approved ENOC/Dugas and international requirements.
  • •Drive hazard identification, evaluation, and control through internal coordination and liaison with senior management, department managers, and law enforcement.
  • •Manage EHS&S risks and coordinate incident/accident investigations, analyzing trends to prevent repeat events.
  • •Direct EHS&S inspections and internal/external audits, reporting compliance status and areas of concern to senior management while maintaining certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •10–12 years of working experience in safety/health/environment within a gas, oil, or petrochemical plant.
  • •Preferred qualifications: British Safety Council Diploma or NEBOSH.
  • •Lead Auditor ISO 14001.
  • •Firefighting and first-aid related qualifications (e.g., Advanced Firefighting License, First Aid Training Certification) plus industrial security courses.
