Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a thought leader with APAC search senior management by proactively identifying key business opportunities.
  • •Deliver projects of varying lengths spanning organizational planning, quality management, employee engagement, and process improvement.
  • •Provide business insights and structural initiatives to APAC search leadership.
  • •Assist and communicate with regional and global leadership across decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation.
  • •Serve as a liaison between staff and senior leaders on company/business climate, project updates, proposals, and planning.

  • •Strong ability to plan and lead complex programs and execute tactical implementations.
