Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore and develop key technologies for the AI Infra stack, including AI training and inference platforms and AI Agent infrastructure.
  • •Build prototypes to verify the functionality and performance of key components or innovations.
  • •Showcase research findings and products through academic publications.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Experience with at least one of: LLM training/inference or Physical AI infra topics (training, inference, simulation, RL, synthetic data, etc.).
  • •Ability to work independently and complete projects from beginning to end in a timely manner.
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills to clearly communicate technical concepts with teammates.
  • •Preferred: code contributions to open source communities such as PyTorch, vLLM, or SGlang, or publications in conferences like OSDI or MLSYS.
