Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve test automation strategy and frameworks for assigned applications and platforms, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, integration, regression) for medium to high complexity features and systems.
  • •Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, fast feedback, and quality gates for build and release processes.
  • •Work with BAs, Product Owners, and Developers to review requirements/designs, identify test conditions early, and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are testable.
  • •Analyze test results and troubleshoot failures with development and DevOps teams to identify root causes and drive timely defect resolution, while mentoring junior QA engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in relevant QA/automation work.
  • •6+ years hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks for web/UI testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, WebDriverIO).
  • •Strong REST API testing and automation experience (e.g., Postman with Newman, REST Assured, Karate).
  • •Proficiency in at least one automation programming language (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python) with good coding practices and refactoring skills.
  • •Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and understanding of testing principles (functional, integration, regression, negative testing).
