Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive administrative support for the HYPERMARKER research project and PA support to the Lead Investigator.
  • •Resolve complex queries and exercise judgment on queries and direction of work within parameters set by the manager.
  • •Support stakeholder engagement by fielding enquiries and disseminating appropriate information.
  • •Organise events and related logistics (venue booking, invitations, refreshments, speakers) and compile feedback/reports.
  • •Manage operational processes and systems, including researching/analysing data and producing bespoke reports as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent Level 3 such as a Level 3 NVQ/diploma) or relevant work experience.
  • •Minimum grade C/4 in Mathematics and English at GCSE (or equivalent).
  • •Highly proficient IT skills, including complex electronic diaries/emails and the MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint), with experience using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) package.
  • •Proven ability to plan ahead, anticipate requirements, manage time effectively, and work to deadlines.
