Job Summary

Support UAE nationals’ talent development by coordinating Emiratisation-focused recruitment, training, and development programs. Shape Graduate Trainee and National Trainee experiences, manage course allocations, track progress, and collaborate with scholarship, HR, and corporate teams to align with EGA’s strategic workforce goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify development needs of UAE Nationals and Graduate Trainees or NT Admins for target areas after training programmes.
•Ensure training programmes are meeting identified needs for Graduate Trainees and NT.
•Coordinate and manage assigned courses and liaise with national trainees at various levels.
•Ensure training is carried out to achieve competence levels set by departments and future development plans.
•Evaluate development programmes and plans of UAE National trainees and employees to meet needs of individuals and departments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
•2-4 years experience in relevant industry / operational area
•Experience coordinating training programs and internships for UAE Nationals
•Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders
•Familiarity with coordinating development plans and reviews for graduates/trainees
