Job Summary

Supervise and control the MCC to provide centralized coordination of maintenance activities across the FAD fleet. Provide technical expertise to in-house and contracted maintenance teams, monitor maintenance performance, and coordinate timely aircraft release to support the flight schedule. Oversee aircraft defects, technical delays, AOG recovery coordination, and aircraft airworthiness through the Aircraft Health Monitoring System and aircraft maintenance information workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and control MCC operations to centrally coordinate maintenance activities for the FAD fleet.
•Ensure maintenance is carried out according to approved documentation and provide technical expertise to maintenance teams.
•Monitor maintenance performance and coordinate timely aircraft release to support the FAD flight schedule.
•Oversee monitoring of aircraft defects and delays, and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to minimize schedule impact, including AOG recovery.
•Monitor the Aircraft Health Monitoring System, coordinate corrective actions for airworthiness, and provide technical advice to dispatchers, maintenance teams, and flight crews.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or another technical field.
•Valid airframe/power plant or avionics license.
•Management or supervisory experience required.
•10+ years of aviation industry experience, including 5 years in an MCC role.
•Experience in aircraft maintenance, defect troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
