Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and control MCC operations to centrally coordinate maintenance activities for the FAD fleet.
  • •Ensure maintenance is carried out according to approved documentation and provide technical expertise to maintenance teams.
  • •Monitor maintenance performance and coordinate timely aircraft release to support the FAD flight schedule.
  • •Oversee monitoring of aircraft defects and delays, and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to minimize schedule impact, including AOG recovery.
  • •Monitor the Aircraft Health Monitoring System, coordinate corrective actions for airworthiness, and provide technical advice to dispatchers, maintenance teams, and flight crews.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or another technical field.
  • •Valid airframe/power plant or avionics license.
  • •Management or supervisory experience required.
  • •10+ years of aviation industry experience, including 5 years in an MCC role.
  • •Experience in aircraft maintenance, defect troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
