Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) accounting process and spearhead revenue documentation. Partner closely with FinOps and Financial Systems to drive process harmonization, map gaps, and build detailed O2C flowcharts. Support annual audits for OTC cycles, prepare Revenue Recognition documentation aligned to IFRS 15, and execute Revenue Assurance across Glovo. Collaborate with the broader GL team to ensure accurate month-end financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) processes from an accounting perspective.
•Act as the core accounting expert, collaborating with FinOps to ensure process accuracy and alignment.
•Review process flows to map gaps and improvement points and support global process harmonization.
•Build O2C documentation including detailed flowcharts and audit support for OTC cycles.
•Prepare and document Revenue Recognition (IFRS-aligned) and execute Revenue Assurance documentation across Glovo. (Also support month-end close with the GL team.)

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
•5+ years of accounting or audit experience for multinational companies, with a focus on O2C/Revenue cycles.
•Hands-on experience preparing and documenting financial processes, flowcharts, and controls.
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including IFRS (specifically IFRS 15 / Revenue Recognition).
•Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT, or Financial Systems teams; proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
