Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client technical onboarding across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments from requirements to a working Seqera Platform deployment.
  • •Deploy and configure the environment and compute the platform relies on, including networking, DNS, TLS, private CAs, IAM, secrets, containers, and pipeline storage.
  • •Work within client security and compliance constraints, supporting changes even with limited account access.
  • •Build tooling and automation to make deployments repeatable and safe for non-experts, including pre-flight checks, documentation, and tests.
  • •Partner on pre-sales and proof-of-concept deployments, act as a senior escalation point, and turn recurring client issues into lasting fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong cloud depth in at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP, with multi-cloud expertise as an advantage.
  • •Confidence across networking, TLS/certificate management, IAM, and access control, with the ability to explain security constraints to non-experts.
  • •Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform; familiarity with CloudFormation, Pulumi, or Ansible is a bonus.
  • •Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Helm is a plus.
  • •Ability to build and ship tools (comfortable with Python and Bash) with tests, scanning, and documentation.
