Key Responsibilities

•Build out partner capabilities and solutions to grow their business and drive non-linear growth.
•Develop and execute enablement plans for partners.
•Lead technical discussions and solution deep-dives with partners on Stripe value.
•Engage with CTOs and engineering leads to share roadmaps and define solution strategy to expand partnership revenue.
•Educate Stripe sales teams on partner solutions and capabilities.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise.
•Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
•Executive engagement skills with the ability to build credibility with decision makers.
•Strong group-facilitation and presentation skills.
•Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
