  • •Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Quotation Engineering team.
  • •Manage economical, timely, and quality-focused processing of offers.
  • •Create and technically develop offers for medium- and low-voltage solutions.
  • •Implement specification/BOQ requirements for Eaton products and transfer bid-management offers into customer solutions.
  • •Deliver technical planning, consulting, and solution presentations to customers and planners; support order fulfillment with the works and ensure quality/safety/environment/compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical education with several years of experience in technical inside sales support (quotation engineering preferred).
  • •First leadership experience is an advantage but not required.
  • •Experience in project planning, quotation creation, and pricing for low-voltage systems (medium-voltage experience a plus).
  • •Strong technical understanding of main components of low-voltage systems; knowledge of medium-voltage is desirable.
  • •Proficiency with bid documentation and single-line diagrams and wiring/switching plans; confident use of SAP R/3, CRM systems, and MS Office.
