Key Responsibilities

•Support the internal consulting team on a multi-year operating model transformation by translating data into insights for strategic decisions
•Collaborate with transformation, operations, and technology teams to define data needs across finance, operations, client, and workforce domains
•Identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers and translate them into actionable insights
•Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI; automate reporting processes
•Provide data-driven input to support the design and implementation of the target operating model and alignment with governance standards

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Consultant in transformation, operating model, or change programs
•Strong communication skills in English to convey complex information to diverse audiences
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with visualization tools (Power BI)
•Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools is an advantage
•Ability to work with large, complex datasets and apply statistical techniques like trend and variance analysis
