Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver timely and accurate client billing across Northern Trust entities by strict reporting deadlines.
  • •Set up and maintain client static data, ensuring correct interpretation of documented fee arrangements.
  • •Collect fee debtors in line with authorized procedures, including generation of payment instructions and banking entries.
  • •Complete month-end accruals to ensure revenue is accurate and complete for Financial Accounting timelines.
  • •Coordinate with New Business, Client Services, and Operations to ensure new/terminated business is captured, accrued, and invoiced correctly; manage queries and ensure SOX/audit control adherence.

  • •Strong numeracy and analytical skills to support fee analysis and reporting accuracy.
