•Manage the month-end close process and quarterly financial reporting for LATAM entities with 100% accuracy and local compliance.
•Serve as a deputy to the LATAM Regional Finance Lead by providing data and insights to steer the business.
•Oversee execution of Central Bank of Brazil controls and processes to stay audit-ready.
•Manage day-to-day relationships with outsource firms, tax advisors, and external auditors to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
•Bring fresh perspective to the LATAM Regional Finance team, fostering detail-orientation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Accounting and an active CRC certification.
•Seasoned finance professional with experience in financial controlling, audit, or management accounting, including Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
•Strong working knowledge of Brazil GAAP and IFRS, with ability to apply them to complex fintech transactions.
•Proven track record improving internal controls and streamlining financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
•Fluency in Portuguese and English; comfortable presenting results to senior leadership and communicating with auditors and regulatory advisors.
