  • •Build controls design using direct digital controls for electronic comfort control and automation systems.
  • •Review contract documents and proposals (mechanical plans, specifications, estimates, equipment submittals) to support automation system design.
  • •Create installation drawings, submittal drawings, as-built drawings, and documents for transition to service.
  • •Develop advanced sequences of operations that meet project requirements.
  • •Generate operation and maintenance manuals and support field transition; may assist with cost estimates and BAS technician wiring/programming, electrical terminations, commissioning, graphic development, test and startup, and customer issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or Engineering Technology (or 3+ years of HVAC industry experience in project management or estimating).
  • •Ability to work with operation and design of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and/or temperature controls.
  • •Familiarity with new construction and renovation/retrofit, performance contracting, and service project management.
  • •Windows operating system and Microsoft Office knowledge.
