Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch by leading, coaching, and managing to drive branch performance.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth for small business and mass affluent through face-to-face appointments and outbound calling/prospecting.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, and complete required training.
  • •Promote One Team culture through partnership with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations partners and execution of engagement routines.
  • •Handle human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, performance reviews, ratings, performance counseling, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and/or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services plus consumer and/or small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
