FTWA Client Integration and Operations Officer

Facilitate onboarding for new and existing clients by gathering required information and documentation to open investment management accounts, including CIP and due-diligence materials. Serve as a subject matter expert on account-opening requirements and coordinate submissions to custodial platforms for processing. Provide client-facing communication, conduct pre/post follow-up calls, ensure accuracy and policy compliance, and transition clients to ongoing service teams.
