Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver high-quality applications that power Cisco’s customer-facing platforms and enhance customer experience.
  • •Design and implement solutions supporting Cisco’s customer experience platform and addressing business challenges.
  • •Take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, from concept and architecture through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by contributing to system architecture decisions, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust, maintainable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 5+ years.
  • •Development experience in Python and practical experience developing generative AI applications.
  • •Experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end software systems from architecture to production.
  • •Expertise building and integrating APIs, plus designing and managing databases such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), including custom resource definitions (CRDs), and working with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith).
