Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of 5–7 QA Specialists, distributing and prioritizing workload.
  • •Conduct quality audits and second-level reviews, ensuring consistent QA governance and escalation for complex issues.
  • •Run calibration sessions to align monitoring results and resolve disagreements on evaluation methodology.
  • •Identify trends and systemic quality issues, create quality insights/action plans, and support implementation of new QA methodologies and monitoring scenarios.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Training, Content Management, Policy, Automation/Product, Analytics) to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Quality Assurance, or Operational Excellence.
  • •Proven experience in quality monitoring, evaluations, and calibration processes.
  • •Experience coaching, mentoring, or coordinating the work of others.
  • •Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, monitoring methodologies, and calibration standards.
  • •Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings and collaborate across functions.
  • •Familiarity with QA automation tools and process optimization frameworks.
  • •Background in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplace operations.
