Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the product development process using advanced simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated, high-quality refrigeration system and air conditioning product designs.
  • •Create simulation models for systems and components using advanced simulation tools; develop and optimize models to reflect real system behavior and performance.
  • •Conduct system performance analysis to identify potential issues and propose improvement suggestions.
  • •Develop mathematical models that reflect unit control logic and support standardization and modular design of models.
  • •Promote intelligence in the refrigeration system development process by developing automation tools to optimize design workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenics, Air Conditioning, Heat Transfer, or a related field.
  • •CET 6 (or equivalent) in English, with good written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
  • •Strong foundation in refrigeration principles and extensive experience modeling and simulating refrigeration systems/components.
  • •Experience creating and optimizing simulation models using computer languages such as C++, Modelica, VBA, and Python.
  • •Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit to coordinate and cooperate with other departments.
Education:Master's in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, Heat Transfer (or related fields)
