Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end planning and delivery across a portfolio of data activation, analytics engineering, and data platform integration initiatives.
  • •Serve as program lead across Studios, Analytics, Finance, Marketing Technology, and engineering teams by clarifying goals, requirements, ownership, dependencies, and success measures.
  • •Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps, sequence work, and align team capacity with business priorities.
  • •Drive execution across concurrent workstreams by managing milestones, risks, trade-offs, decisions, release coordination, migrations, and operational readiness.
  • •Establish scalable intake/prioritization and governance mechanisms, track outcomes, communicate progress and risks, and run retrospectives to improve cross-team execution.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of technical program, product, or project management experience working with data, software, platform, or infrastructure engineering teams.
  • •Working proficiency with SQL for schema inspection, validation, troubleshooting, and access governance.
  • •Practical understanding of the data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, batch and streaming pipelines, APIs, and semantic/metrics layers.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams while navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • •Comfort with collaboration tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack, plus excellent written and verbal communication for technical-to-non-technical stakeholders.
