Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire, retain, and grow Global Network Banking customer relationships while adhering to group values, strategy, policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
  • •Lead coverage of inbound client relationships and manage an independent portfolio to maximize customer value and identify alignment opportunities with other product groups.
  • •Drive growth in assets and liabilities, generate quality assets using risk management tools, and ensure superior returns within customers’ risk appetite.
  • •Originate, structure, and execute transactions, run and oversee the credit process end to end, and originate new-to-bank business.
  • •Proactively monitor the portfolio (including KYC, transactional accounts, negative news, and debt performance) to identify and mitigate credit, non-financial, and operational risks/issues as First Line of Defence.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Business, or Accountancy.
  • •Relevant experience in a front-line business development role in corporate banking.
  • •Experience in client acquisition and maintaining/growing an existing corporate client portfolio.
  • •Strong credit, analytical, and structuring capability to assess client credit profile and cashflow.
  • •Solid knowledge of Capital Markets, Global Markets, Cash Management, and Trade Services products and prior experience marketing them.
