Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple external program efforts and internally funded technology efforts simultaneously.
  • •Lead cross-functional program teams across disciplines and locations, coordinating development work and transition plans for new technologies.
  • •Direct business strategy and vision for the Cross-Cutting Technology (Aerospace Systems Technology) area and coordinate development across program management teams.
  • •Define and prioritize externally funded pursuits and IRAD-funded efforts in collaboration with business development and engineering.
  • •Ensure contractual commitments are met for assigned programs, including financial, technical, and schedule performance, and perform EACs, PMRs, and IRAD reviews with senior leadership briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for a security clearance.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing and executing complex projects or programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, technical performance, and delivery commitments.
