Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
  • •Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
  • •Collaborate to support partner initiatives such as demos, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and coaching on lead practices.
  • •Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams and drive resolution.
  • •Analyze partner service offerings and provide recommendations to increase adoption of Datadog features.
  • •Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
  • •Evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations.
  • •10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
  • •Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom.
  • •Confident presentation skills.
  • •Hands-on experience in two or more areas: Observability (Datadog/Splunk/AppD/New Relic/Dynatrace), Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/Alibaba), Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift/Cloud Foundry), Dev/Scripting (Python/JavaScript/Ruby/Perl/PHP/Go), Config Mgmt (Terraform/Ansible/Puppet/Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins/Gitlab).
