  • •Define and execute the product portfolio and roadmap for core technology products, leading a cross-functional engineering team to deliver robust embedded compute solutions.
  • •Drive the full hardware product development lifecycle from concept and requirements through architecture, design, development, bring-up, test, integration, support, and sustainment.
  • •Establish and optimize hardware and firmware development workflows across architecture, design, simulation, verification, and system testing.
  • •Collaborate with product management, internal stakeholders, and customers to define product requirements and develop strategic roadmaps for scalable deployment.
  • •Manage and communicate product development schedules, milestones, and deliverables with clear task assignments and timely execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •7+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive, or similar hardware.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional hardware and/or embedded systems product development teams from concept to deployment.
  • •Proficiency in an HDL language (VHDL, Verilog) and familiarity with MCU/CPU/FPGA technologies.
  • •Experience with interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB) and design for signal/power integrity.
