Translate operational needs into automated, scalable solutions, collaborating with business teams to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automated business workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows, RPA, approvals).
•Integrate automation solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Planner, Outlook, and other enterprise systems to streamline operational processes.
•Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
•Map as-is and to-be workflows to support solution architecture and change management.
•Train end-users and internal teams on Power Platform applications and promote adoption of automation solutions.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, RPA, process approvals).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Forms, Planner, and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
•Experience analyzing business processes and designing workflow improvements.
•Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI Builder, or similar AI/automation tools.
•Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio).
