Key Responsibilities

  • •Define global DL4 matrices and ensure all sites follow globally aligned DL4 workflows.
  • •Drive global automation and AI enhancements for detection and disposition (e.g., YIT, Auto-contain, auto-disposition, SMAI-assisted detection).
  • •Oversee alignment so DL4 signal signals behave consistently across sites and monitor Assembly and Test specifications.
  • •Improve existing DL4 systems via automation, spec limits optimization, and test coverage/DL4 improvements using lessons learned and material review processes.
  • •Lead failure analysis activities including modeling and defense line correlations; coordinate test program review and release and work with cross-functional engineering/quality teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics.
  • •Experience with device modelling and simulation using TCAD (e.g., Silvaco, Sentaurus) and compact modelling.
  • •Proficiency in circuit-level analog analysis with validation using industry tools such as HSPICE.
  • •Ability to analyze electrical test data rigorously and perform root cause analysis for package and device failures using multiple data sources.
  • •Experience with data analytics, scripting, and statistical modeling (e.g., Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL), plus strong cross-functional communication.
