Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architectural design and scaling of microservices and event-driven back-end services.
  • •Drive an AI-first workflow, utilizing Cursor agents and GenAI tools for code generation, testing, and SDLC optimization.
  • •Own the reliability and observability of the platform using DataDog and Azure platform services.
  • •Mentor senior engineers through design reviews and by modeling high-performance engineering practices.
  • •Implement complex financial modeling tools, including purchase price waterfalls and legal steps matrices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of high-level back-end development experience
