Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, test, commission, service, and repair UPS PQ products and systems (AC and DC) to specifications and customer requirements.
  • •Maintain critical power equipment and perform in-house and on-site repairs in line with service and maintenance agreements.
  • •Liaise with project management for site inspections, commissioning, and testing, creating and submitting documentation and reports.
  • •Provide technical assistance/support and training to technical staff, service contractors, and customers as needed.
  • •Respond to emergency repair requests and provide rostered 24/7 standby support; conduct FAT/SAT testing and prepare detailed test reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade Electrician with 3 years’ experience servicing electrical or power electronics equipment.
  • •Diploma or degree qualification in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
  • •Experience with MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
  • •Proven ability to write reports and communicate effectively.
  • •Ability to organize, prioritize, plan, follow up, and work autonomously while maintaining safe working practices.
