Key Responsibilities

•Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct quality inspections to identify imperfections or needed repairs.
•Complete inspection tasks as part of the reconditioning process to prepare low-mileage, late-model cars for customers.
•For higher experience tiers, perform brake/tire service, light-to-medium repairs with minimal diagnostics, or extensive repairs and heavy engine work.
•Conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles (for experienced roles).
•Use state-of-the-art tools and protective safety equipment while working in high-tech inspection centers.

Key Requirements

•Perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct vehicle inspections as part of the post-production reconditioning process.
•Meet the experience level for your role tier (Entry-Level min 6 months; Brake and Tire min 1 year; Mid-Level min 3 years; Experienced min 5 years).
•Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety requirements, including using protective equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask).
