Build Nash’s Solutions Engineering capability by leading technical discovery and designing integration plans for enterprise logistics systems. Configure demos and POCs, validate solutions across architecture, security, reliability, data, and scalability, and turn successful applications into customer-ready workflows. Hands-on, apply AI to real workflows by testing prompts, agents, tool calls, and evaluations, while testing new AI/API/product releases and creating reusable tooling for the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery with customer engineering, IT, and operations teams to understand systems, workflows, data, business rules, constraints, and failure points.
•Design Nash solution architecture and integration plans, including endpoints, payloads, authentication, webhooks, data ownership, and error handling.
•Build demos and POCs by configuring sandboxes, preparing customer data, writing lightweight scripts, and connecting APIs against agreed success criteria.
•Own technical validation through the sales cycle by addressing architecture, integration, security, data, reliability, and scalability questions.
•Apply AI to real workflows and test new models, agent capabilities, APIs, and releases; create reusable tooling and translate results into customer-ready workflows.

Key Requirements

•4 to 6 years in solutions engineering, presales, technical GTM, growth engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role with ownership from discovery through validation.
•Hands-on experience with AI tools and models (designed prompts, built agents, run evaluations, tested failure modes).
•Ability to write scripts, work with APIs, transform data, debug integrations, and stand up sandboxes or prototypes.
•Fluency with system architecture and integration patterns including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON payloads, and cross-system data flows.
•Experience designing and running technical demos/trials/POCs with clear requirements and success criteria.
