Customer Service Representative

Help customers at the Horizon Stuart sales center by greeting walk-ins and handling phone orders and will-call service. Share product knowledge, recommend solutions and upsell options, and prepare sales orders while assisting with selecting and loading merchandise. Follow up with customers, resolve complaints professionally, and keep the sales center clean and well-stocked. Support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties as needed.
