Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Australian finance team and foster a high-performance culture.
  • •Drive financial strategy, planning, and compliance across Australian operations.
  • •Oversee consolidation of Alcoa of Australia Ltd financials, including statutory reporting, audits, and internal controls.
  • •Manage FP&A, including annual plans, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
  • •Optimize Financial Shared Services (FSS) to deliver efficient and cost-effective accounting services, and partner with global finance teams on reporting and benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA/CPA qualification essential.
  • •10–15 years’ finance experience in Mining, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas industries, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • •Proven ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence outcomes at senior levels.
  • •Strong technical accounting skills, including deep knowledge of cost drivers and analytics.
  • •Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
